Introduction
Architecture and Planning is a diverse and creative field that combines artistic vision, technical expertise, and social responsibility to design and shape the built environment. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all-India examination conducted jointly by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) on behalf of the National Coordination Board (NCB)-GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India.
The Architecture and Planning GATE examination offers a platform for aspiring architects and planners to showcase their knowledge, design acumen, and problem-solving skills. By qualifying in GATE, candidates can gain admission to postgraduate programs (Masters and Doctoral) in prestigious institutions across India, including IITs, NITs, and other universities offering architecture and planning courses.
